These photos were taken by First Look and so fun. The MAMA Awards, while completely worthless and always a shitshow to watch, is always the biggest gathering of both the idols and the actors and actresses, and officially the best K-pop orgy event all year.

Loving these shoots from Moon Geun-young and Yoo Seung-ho’s fall endorsements. Moon’s endorsing Basic House and Yoo is working it for Customellow. Love both these actors and both of these labels so the glee is all mine. Would it be too much to get a drama with Moon and Yoo together?
Basic House is always adorable and Customellow is a personal favorite even though they are a men’s only line and I am not a man nor do I have access to their clothes. Remember this gem from Customellow a year ago? *weeps*

This is a chart of how super interconnected Korea is. It shows how actors in the currently airing May dramas are connected to other actors in currently airing dramas.
The first seeds of this were laid down when I randomly thought to myself, “Kang Ji-hwan is in a new drama. Sung Yu-ri is in a new drama. They did a drama together before!” The Korean industry is tightly-knit, so I knew there were more connections in the May dramas than I bothered to figure out, but it wasn’t until I actually charted the relationships down did I realize that everybody in each of the May dramas is connected to someone else in another May drama in some way, big or small.
The numbers are telling of how tiny the industry is: in a single chart of 16 actors, 5 of them are/were leads of Hong Sister dramas–3 female, 2 male. Everyone has at least one direct connection to someone else on the chart. Other fun things I noticed, after the jump.

Can You Hear My Heart? is sortofmaybe very terrible. I’m not a Hwang Jung-eum fan and her character is driving me absolutely insane, but Mr. Kim Jae-won is where the tortured soul’s at.
